My Laid Out Future Career Plan to Enhance My HR Skills
The expertise of HR departments help in determining the success of different companies. The growth of any company requires a skilled and experienced personnel to handle all the dynamics in the HR department. The main problem faced by many HR departments in different firms is that they lack the proper personnel who understand the dynamics of the firm.
As part of my future career development plan, I have highlighted some aspects which I find are crucial in preparing me for a future role in any HR department in any company. With these future career plan, you can be well placed in kick starting your career in the administration post especially in the HR department.
The administration department will kick start my journey as I find more management skills. Within a short time span, the organization can be able to accomplish its goals. This goal can be achieved through prioritizing and organizing. This will help the employees meet their targets way ahead of deadlines and finish off task just when it is required. Through the use of my leadership communication skills, I will ensure the HR departments hires the right people to contribute to the finance of the company. The load of purchases and output of sales will also be increased through the application of this strategy.
Through the coverage of the daily operations of the firm, the different departments can be able to accomplish the different tasks thus meeting the firm’s daily goals. I plan to introduce a working schedule that illustrates the task expected of the employees. It will also act as a motivation for the employees to work hard to complete the tasks. I would like to introduce a performance contract in the future to measure the output of the employees during hiring. The main aim will working on the department will to ensure that the reforms are implemented.
For updated management skills, it is recommended to take a course in business administration and management.
That way you would gain skills on how to produce customer tailored products. The firm’s output can be increased through understanding the complex nature of the needs of customers. Sale targets can therefore be set through the workers who are equipped with the prerequisite sales and marketing skills. The workers will be equipped with skills in making policies in terms of the recruitment of new workers to find more dynamics of the firm. The cases of new financial trends which can be adopted by the firm to find more sound financial reports and advice can be achieved through the knowledge from the workers.
